What We Collect

RYZN may collect your name, email address, reset signup information, checkout details, account details, intake answers, chat messages, progress records, uploaded files, and support messages.

How We Use Information

We use information to deliver digital products, send the 7-Day Reset, provide RYZN AI account access, personalize your plan, respond to support requests, protect the platform, and improve the service.

Payments, Login, and AI Tools

Payments are processed by Stripe. Account login is handled by Clerk. RYZN AI may use trusted AI providers to process chat messages, uploaded screenshots, PDFs, and user requests. Do not upload Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or documents you are not comfortable sharing with an online service.

File Uploads

Uploaded files are used for coaching review and may be saved to your RYZN AI account so you can continue your plan. You can request deletion by emailing jato@ryzn.org.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to run the website, payments, login, email, storage, analytics, and AI features.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from emails, cancel paid subscriptions, request account deletion, or ask for data deletion by contacting us.
